Categorisation Project
At Parliament Hill we love to help our clients recruit more members so their organisation can keep growing even stronger. Along with engagement and retention, it’s a key measure of an organisation’s performance.
Parliament Hill will be updating the categorisation of benefits on their scheme sites from the 1 July 2019, to improve the member journey and experience.
After undertaking an analysis of the member journeys through our scheme sites, feedback from our Client Survey and quarterly client reviews we have decided to standardise the categories to improve the member journey.
Some of our partners will also be relabelled and in some cases the offer separated onto multiple pages, to ensure that the member is able to access the full offer.
The new categories will be:
- Shopping
- Motoring
- Travel
- Insurance
- Advice
- Business
- Health and Wellbeing
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (for clients that have this)
- Special offers
