Andrew has been an exceptional leader over the past two decades. He found a gap in the membership market, where he could offer a service bespoke to the membership sector. Through his leadership skills, he nurtured our team and provided support to enable the team to grow and develop the business. During COVID, he demonstrated extraordinary adaptive leadership skills, which helped motivate us and drive positive change. His willingness to ‘unleash his inner idiot’ has had a huge impact on our staff, clients and brand partners.

We would like to express our gratitude to you, Andrew. Thank you for setting up Parliament Hill and making it a great place to work.

‘After 20 years, some of which have been glorious and others less so (2020, anyone?) the time has come for me to hang up my Parliament Hill boots, gloves and little cape. Having been in the same company, pretty much in the same role, for this long feels almost surreal, but I am glad the business is in such good all-round shape, and I am delighted to be handing over the reins to Tom and Kyra, and the excellent management group. Between the 5 of them, they have 33 years of PH experience – so the business is in great hands, and I look forward to seeing it go from strength to strength. I have met some fantastic people in this amazing sector, and I hope our paths will keep crossing.’

Leadership of Parliament Hill has been passed over to Kyra Ingrao, Director of Marketing and Partnerships and Tom Sparke, Director of Clients Services. Both will lead a Joint Managing Directors.
