This June, we reached out to our clients with our annual Client Survey to check-in on how they thought we are doing as their benefit service provider. We were delighted with the response and we have selected a few of our many highlights below...

You gave us an NPS (Net promoter score) of 55!

The net promoter score measures the willingness of clients to recommend a company’s products and services to others. An NPS of +50 is benchmarked as being excellent!

“ Everything has been great; all touchpoints are very quick. I attended the event earlier this year and it was great to meet more of the team - everyone was very friendly. Great work! ”

Adding value to membership is the primary reason for having a member benefit scheme

Placing our clients’ members at the heart of everything we do is the core value of Parliament Hill, and we were delighted that our clients agree with that to.

Our member benefits schemes are designed to ensure we are putting members’ needs first. We do this through our National and Provider Price Promises and using our Savings Calculator to show members how much they could save using the scheme.

“ The team helped us with our renewals targets by providing us with images, adverts and content to support us and highlight the list of benefits and value we give to our members through IMI Membership. We have monthly catch ups which are informative and they always come prepared to ask and answer any questions we may have.

Overall satisfaction is still very high

85% of our clients were satisfied with the range and quality of the products and services that we provide. As part of our service to clients we provide a bespoke web platform and a suite of tailored member benefits that cover shopping, lifestyle, travel and health and wellbeing. In the event of any queries, our team are here to provide a quick and efficient resolution.

“I have never had any issues with the service, everything runs very smoothly. Any issues with individual offers are always dealt with very quickly.”
