Take part in the national move more day when workers across Britain unite together and participate in a variety of fun and simple activities to sit less and move more at work.

Richard Holmes, Managing Director of Working Health says “in the UK, the average office worker sits for 8.9 hours a day. Almost 70% of sitting takes place at work, with 73% of workers only leaving their desk for toilet or tea breaks. Studies show that ongoing sedentary behavior poses a real risk to ALL employees, no matter how fit and healthy they are outside of work (Get Britain Standing, Sitting Survey 2017).”
